NDIS Community Nursing Care

All levels of NDIS Nursing Care is available through Bloomfield Care Services to assist those in need of care which is not the usual responsibility of the mainstream health system. This service is available to you in your own home or as a part of your NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) package. Bloomfield Care Services has nurses available to you 24 hours and 7 days a week to meet your needs and we are dedicated to improving your quality of life and ensuring you receive the best possible clinical care throughout your NDIS service.

All of our NDIS participant care plans and more complex services are delivered from one of our highly qualified and dedicated Registered Nurses.

Our friendly approach to service means at any time you can contact the Bloomfield Care Services office and promptly schedule a time with one of our nurses to answer any questions you might have relating to your plan.

Registered Nurses come to the comfort of your own home or your place of choice and assist you in developing a care plan best suited to your health condition and personal goals.
